If anyone out there in Costco land is reading these comments I might offer this HBR article for you... to help you provide a better way of thinking in regards to providing service: Lean Consumption by Womack and Jones - Harvard Business Review March 2005 and I might put in a shameless plug for my own upcoming article in Journal of Service Marketing.. but I'll pass for now.
