Rob,

I went to youtube to watch the Nissan ad and just found a Toyota ad, kind of similar, made by a Brazilian Agency (F/Nazca - from the Saatchi & Saatchi Group) that you can see here

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGhmvw0HhvQ

maybe they tried with Nissan and ended up with Toyota in Brazil (maybe a Latin country will accept more the concept of the ad).

as an example, there is this ad by O2 Filmes (www.o2filmes.com.br) on a convenience store (AM PM) from a Gas Station franchise (Postos Ipiranga).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fe72RwU5yeY

they played in this ad with a slang regarding the breast of the woman and the car light. In the slang the car light being on and the nipple being hard are said the same way. This could be kind of rude in different countries, but not so in a latin (specially Brazil) one.

at the end, both 3 ads are using the "same" concept of the breast, maybe bringing the nurturing (mother, good time, etc.) aspect to the game.
