		<description>Hmmmm... seemed like a real nice city during the CCT Workshop.  Come down to Philly and see the monopolies and corruption that we deal with... not mention the 300 murders we've had since Jan 1.  I think cities in general are getting worse, not necessarily a Canadian thing.</description>
